Web browsing & Assistance
Our Cyber café has 3 experienced operators that can help our customers to find what they are looking for on the internet. Assist our customers with their files to either print, transferred to their flash disk, burn on CD, converse files to requested formats and text typing on requests of our clients etc.
We have 8 units for customers to use for their cyber activities, webcam and headset, games are installed on the units for children to play, most used programs are installed on the computer for the customer to use, such as:
• Photoshop
• MS Office (Words & Excel),
• Internet explorer,
• Firefox,
• Codec player,
• Yahoo Messenger,
• MSN Live messenger,
• MIRC.
Our systems are all completely updated since we are using legally registered Windows XP Home edition software.
AVAST antivirus is installed on our units and is being updated frequently.
We have a full time available system engineer to take care of broken units and restore them as soon as possible.
With all the above mentioned we are hoping to serve our customers the best way possible.
